Today, with the rush of getting out of bed, yelling wake up sleepy heads about three to four times in a row. The girls were excited and ready to get on with their first day of school. Niariel was the first to get ready while her dad was prepping her clothes and while mom was getting dress and her hair done. She brushed her teeth, washed her face and went down stairs to get her clothes from her dad and got dressed. Meantime, Jamara was already up and finished brushing her teeth and washing her face, but complained about her stomach aching once it was time to get her hair done. I was amazed by the change of happy to sad all because two weeks before she could not wait to go on back to school. Instead today was quite different, she was looking pretty squirmy then usual but still looked well.
Niariel was fully dressed and ready to head out the door a few minutes after her hair was done of course. Jamara finally finished getting dressed and all, got into the vehicle with excitement at least that is what I figured until I dropped her and her sister off at school with hugs and kisses goodbye. Niariel left me to go find her class alone I spotted her once I relieved Jamara to her teacher. She told me that she wanted to surprise me by finding it alone because she was a big girl now. I felt sad and proud at the same time, until around nine o'clock I received a phone call stated that Jamara threw up twice and needed to be picked up. At first, I felt so sad for her especially after she stating, "That it was her worst day ever", then I thought to myself that maybe it was too much excitement all in one day and then thought my poor baby is sick and I get a chance to spend a couple more days with her again. So it seems as if the girls where fully prepared, but on the other hand it seems that I was not, so whose first day was it after all.
